Pets are not permitted at the course.

No real animals will be used during training.

A CPR dummy, bandaging dummy, and all required materials will be provided for practical sessions.

Your place is secured once payment has been received from Stripe.

If payment is not received within 72 hours of receiving the invoice, your space will be offered to another participant, the invoice will be void, and a new booking form will be required to rebook.

If the course is cancelled, a full refund will be issued.

If you do not attend the date booked, no refund will be given, as the spot cannot be reallocated to another participant.

This course is delivered by a Registered Veterinary Nurse and may be assisted by other veterinary professionals.

It is designed to support you in responding to emergencies but is not a substitute for veterinary care.

Upon completion, a certificate valid for 3 years will be issued, in line with standard pet first aid certification.
